October Gathering

[Shadow]

Shadowstar leaped into the Fourtrees clearing early, with his clan of Shadows, behind him to wait for the other leaders.

[Stargazer]

Woods surrounded the shadows fleeting through the night. Rivers now drying up and fall leaves were floating on the wind. To the warrior cats of the forest, this was nothing new. Nor was the monthly visits at the fourtrees. Moonshade found herself leading a pack of cats through the forest. She smelled Shadowclan ahead, and began to race even faster. She was determined not to make any late entries.

When she reached the hollow, she breathed relief. Second ones there. She breathed in the familiar scents and grinned. Nothing was any different. She leaped up onto the rock beside Shadowstar. "Spiritstar isnt here, that is all i have to say about why i am here." Moonshade bathed in the full-moonlight. A chilling breeze blew by and moonshade mewed in satisfaction.

[Shadow]

"I do not care." Shadow simply stated. He wondered what happend to Spirit but at the time was too busy thinking about the plans he had put into action. "No talk of my plans shall be spoken of, Shadowclans buisiness is its owwn understand?" he said.

Moonshade looked at the shadowy leader, "Did i ask?"
She couldnt beleive how childish he was acting. He knows he must share all on the gathering. She looked at the leader and mewed, "why wouldnt you care about another leader of a clan, when she could be doing something that evades with your plans. Better yet, be planning something against you?"
Of course she wasnt, but she wanted to end this now. Peace she befall them, not anger and pitiful fighting

Over the moor lands ran the cougar colored tom, Cougarstar. He led his faithful warriors behind him. The tom slowed as they came to the gathering place. Shadowclan and Thunderclan were already there.

He leapted onto the great rock, and looked at the leaders. At least he wasn't last, like he has been the last two gatherings. "Greetings Shadowstar, Sp.. Moonshade. Is Spiritstar ok? Or is she walking with the other fallen warriors?"

[Stargazer]

Moonshade turned her head, shaking her head no as an answer ot his question, "she couldnt make it. She asked me to ocme instead." Her eyes were troubled. Spiritstar had said she might still come. Her blue eyes examined the darkening forest.

ooc: Spirit really doesnt have an excuse, i just knew she wouldnt post and OMG BLITZY YOU CAME ON!

[Spirit]

A pale white shape crossed the hollow. She stood at the entrance or it. Spiritstar felt awkward being the last one of her Clan to come. She padded into the clearing. Slowly she padded through the Clearing to where Cougarstar, Shadowstar and Moonshade were. She stopped in front of them, nodding and greeted. 'Greetings Shadowstar, Cougarstar.' She mewed. 'Thank you for taking my place for a little bit Moonshade' She added. Then lept up onto the rock and took a seat next to Shadowstar.

Moonshade nodded to her leader, leaping down below, along with the rest of the deputies. Thunderclan hasnt arrived yet. Moonshade felt a slight breeze rip acrost her black fur. The trees blew along with it, giving her a type of comfort. She looked uo, noticing the stars, for once in a long time. She sighed, and shuffled her feet on the ground. The sod kicked up, and she quickly patted it down again, for no apparent reason. She looked over her shoulder, she didnt even know what she was looking for. It didnt matter, because all she saw was dark, waving pines among spruces among oaks. Where all clans meet It was something to be sighing about, that most clans dont know that meaning anymore. Even some moorland layed among those trees, and a small stream flowed close by. Moonshade layed back to listen to it's soft bubbling sounds. Too bad things werent as peaceful as they seamed.

Stardust sat, twitching. She didnt think anything was truly wrong, but she couldnt calm down. Even the cool night breezes and soft murmering of the grasses could calm her. She paced around, dug up some soil, groomed herself. Nothing. She sighed, and sat again. She still quivered.It seemed to her that even the slightest wind could tip her over!

[Shadow]

"This is why." he said smiling to Moonshade. "Hello Cougarstar." Cougarstar was the only other leader he liked. ooc- because he's blitzy

Anyways:

Moonshade glared at the leader, his arrogance annoyed her. She growled deep in her throat, the wind was agreeing with her. It whipped her fur around and around. The clouds began to form. "I beleive we should start now," she shouted, "it is obvious that Thunderclan isnt going to be showing up!" She struggled to meow over the suddenly loud wind. Her eyes looked anxious, why were the clouds forming? All moonshade did was glare!

[Shadow]

"Wait." Shadowstar said deeply. "Five more minutes, then, we start." he emphasized the then. He got comfortable, he really didn't care if Thunderclan came, he just needed time to think, as know he had too less time to think after he gained his powers.

[Spirit]

Spiritstar shot Moonshade a warning glance. She shifted her weight as the clouds formed. She nodded as Shadowstar said they should stay. She felt un easy on her paws. She scanned the clearing. The others were pacing around. 'A few minutes..' She mewed softly. She was un sure of herself.
